Sora Ventures has joined the advisory board of Columbia University's Consortium for Diplomacy and Global Action (CDGA), supporting efforts to weave web3 and emerging technologies into education and policy frameworks. The venture firm's philanthropic donation will fund research and interdisciplinary programs focused on blockchain's role in international finance and sustainable development.
Jason Fang, Sora Ventures' co-founder, will advise on digital financial systems while aligning the initiative with UN priorities like the Pact for the Future. His presentation at the GloCha UN conference highlighted how decentralized technologies could advance Sustainable Development Goals.
